I'm trying to enter my NHS details to get the 20% perk discount but it's saying I'm already registered and will send me a link to reset my password. Im not receiving this email or link.
Please help!

I finally managed to log into my perks account.
I logged in with the NHS e-mail I had verified with - not my personal e-mail that I had signed up with. Which personally makes no sense to me as the previous time I logged in, I had used my personal e-mail. Password is the same as my last reset a few weeks ago.
What also does not make sense is that when I tried doing a password reset using my verified NHS e-mail and my personal e-mail, both times I did not receive the reset e-mail.
Please look into this, EE, as this system make no sense and is confusing to how NHS staff are trying to access their perks code. We should be able to login with the e-mail we chose to sign up with as we also verify using our NHS e-mail (once logged in).

I also cannot log into my re perks account. It says my details are invalid. I have tried to reset my password and it just keeps rolling back round and sending me another link to reset but when I do this it says my email is not valid. I have registered with my work email address. Please help
