Ee perks not working

Hello

I'm trying to enter my NHS details to get the 20% perk discount but it's saying I'm already registered and will send me a link to reset my password. Im not receiving this email or link.

Please help!

Hi, 

I logged into perk a few weeks ago and for some reason cannot login this week? I requested to reset my password but haven't received the verification email and its been 2 days - nothing in spam/junk folder.

I'm due for an upgrade soon so would really like this rectified. 

I've been using my personal email but already re-verified that I'm still working for the NHS with my work email.

Hi Leanne,

It's saying I'm already registered...but when I try and enter my details it doesn't recognise them 🤷🏼‍♀️

It says "The login details supplied are invalid"

Though I literally logged in a few weeks ago.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

That error message indicates you're either entering an incorrect email address or password.

I'd recommend trying both your work and personal email addresses first, then resetting your password if necessary.
