My ee perk code deactivated. I have had lengthy online conversation with ee and then phone call with operator but despite assurances that someone would be in touch I have had no contact and am now planning to leave ee unless I can generate perk code.

I am having issues with accessing my code. I work for the NHS and have an account. I says I have 5 codes remaining but when I go to generate a new code an error message comes up. I have tried going through 150 to rectify the issue but I am yet to receive any contact for this.
