Hi, when I try and generate a new code I receive following error message -
Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time,
I have 3 codes left. Any help would be great. I have tried logging out, changing password and different browsers and devices but get the same error each time.

Thanks for confirming what you have already tried, it will now need to be looked into by our perk team to see what is happening with your account. You can give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can contact the perk team which is the quickest option.
However I can also contact the perk team for you to help resolve this, I will send you a private message to get some details from you if you would like to do it that way.

I also have the same issue. When I log into my perks account (different details to ee acount), I'm told I have 5 codes left but have an error when I try to generate.
Can I have some help please.
