I've tried several times to use my perk code for a discount on my upgrade. The plan and phone isn't discounted, it's not an early upgrade and my perk account is valid and active.
Am I missing something? There is only the Add promo code box to enter the code and all I get is that its not a valid code. However I've tried with two different codes, different phones and still not working.
