Hi, I’m trying to complete my upgrade online, I have used two different codes from my ee perks and they are invalid. How do I resolve?

Are you our of contract or upgrading early?

The plan is not discounted and it’s an upgrade due at the end of my current contract.

Just to add, the code is being entered correctly and two different codes have been tried. Still not working!
