Earbuds with Galaxy S23 FE

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. On the EE site when I purchased it said it was eligible to claim free earbuds. However when I go on the link to claim, EE does not seem to be registered as a qualifying retailer? Does anyone know about this? Thank you.

Is it this Samsung claim form that you're using? I've checked and EE is definitely an option on there.
