I purchased the EU data add on and it worked for a couple days but now doesn’t work at all. I keep getting txts saying “welcome to (new country) to use data you will need to purchase an add on or pay roaming charges of ….” But in my EE app it says the add on is active. I have tried manually connecting to another network and fiddling with my settings but nothing works.

that seems ridiculously. I have already paid for my plan and add on, how much is the pass?

It doesn’t say that anywhere when I bought the add on that said it would give me 5 gb of EU data? Is that not to use my normal data plan?

The pass can be purchased at £2.29 per day or a one off charge of £15 per billing month. 

This can be removed at anytime.
