EE voucher code as part of bundle

I tried to redeem my voucher code to purchase on Pre-Order, Grand Theft Auto VI and Fifa 27 on ee store. It says my voucher code is invalid?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
