EE perks

I can’t recall my password for EE perk and when I tried to reset it I get a message saying ‘we were unable to reset your password’ even though it meets the criteria. Any ideas how I can log in?

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try using another password that you would not have used before, does this work for you? 

Are you using the work email as your username?

Yes, using work email and it won’t let me set a new password

It’s a police email and wondering if the move from .pnn has made a difference?
