EE perks unable to reset password

EE perks saying email is invalid, when you got down the path to reset it says “we were unable to reset your password, please try again” this happens over and over. Can someone help me get past this? Thanks

Also this is after about an hours worth of time trying to log in with the correct details, but being told they’re invalid. I have seen both of these issues have been fixed via someone direct messaging. This would be appreciated. Thanks

What is the full error message you see when trying to log in?

An invalid email message would indicate the email address you're trying to use isn't registered with EE Perk, rather than it being a password issue.

On eeperks when following the link it reads “The login details supplied are invalid” 

when i reset the password it then states “we were unable to reset your password, please try again”

the email must be registered with perk as they’ve emailed me to revalidate in the first place? 
thanks for your response by the way. I’m going around in circles trying to fix this haha

Hi James, 

thanks for your help last year. I’m unfortunately a similar situation again. I have reset my password as I couldn’t login to the perks site as usual. Now when I attempt to log in I’m met with the message “your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame” I’m ready to upgrade and stay with EE if this can be resolved. Thanks again Dan
