Hi I am registered with EE perks for my NHS discount. However it now says my account is deactivated due to not activating in the allocated time frame. When I try password reset it allows this to be done however when I login the same message about my account being deactivated. It won’t allow me to sign up again as says my work email is already in use. I am wanting to upgrade asap so I would like to be able to access my code for my discount again. Please can you assist? Thank you.

have same issue with EE perk account deactivation message when trying to log in would appreciate your help as well.
