EE perks can’t access won’t send me password reset

Can someone please help I registered for EE perks got an email to my work address verified it, I was asked to sign in and it would not let me I have attempted to re set my pass word but never get an email back I have tried many times over a few weeks. I am due to collect a phone but want my discount !

Hi, I’m not getting the reset email to my work address, after getting a new phone (trying on old phone) I even logged on in store yesterday while buying new phone to upload my ID card for 20% off perk

Have you received confirmation that your ID has been verified, @Uglysweatyguy?

You may not be able to amend your password until your account has been verified by our Perk team.

Yes I got an email confirmation of that to my personal (not work) email address this morning

If the validation email was sent to the personal email, please try logging in with this email and requesting a password reset if needed, does this work for you?
