Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

Thanks for getting back to me @JamesPen6887.
I can email the team, however, I do not have a timescale as to when they should respond.
The quickest way would be calling back through and asking for another webform to be sent and advising the agent the verification email last time did not work.
If you would like me to go ahead with emailing them please send me a private message with your name and email address.

The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team.
Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer.
If you would like me to do that, please let me know.

Hi I'm having the same problem with this. I phoned the ee customer support and they put me through to tech who passed me back to customer accounts. Finally they said they would message the perks team who would get back to me in 72hrs. They didn't so I used the ee chat and was given the perks email address. I emailed but still haven't heard anything in over a week. I have come to the end of my 24 month contract for mine and my sons phone. I was looking to upgrade both and add an additional phone for my daughter but I'm not getting any support on reactivating my perks discount so unable to do so
