Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"

Could you check the registered email account for a re-validation email from the EE Perk team, do you have this?

I don’t have the email but it may be linked to an NHS account that I no longer have access to. I can provide you with my new email address privately if possible?
