EE perk revalidation problem

  • I am being asked to revalidate the account as 24 months have passed but when I enter my NHS work email ,the message comes that this email is already registered. Please help

Hi @usmaaumer 

Please let me know how you get on after the 24 hours. 

Please use the same email you used to register to log in, this would be the one you received confirmation the perk account had been accepted when you registered again.
