I am having ongoing issues when trying to retrieve a new perk discount code and getting message saying unable to retrieve code at this time. My current code runs out in a month and I am needing to upgrade anyway but unable to do this with a code. I have spoken with 4 separate people in customer services and no one has been able to resolve this. Can you please help.

From my experience it was the same. The way we solved it was speaking to complaints department and getting a complaint manager. With them we were able to delete my account, and then create a new account using same details and that fixed it quickly.
