EE full works plan

I wonder if anyone can help me understand the Apple One and Roam abroad pass included in the Full works plan.
I recently joined EE and on the website it says these are included. I haven’t had any emails or info to activate them. I tried on EE online chat and they didn’t have a clue what I’m on about, I’ve chosen my 3 benefits and it me it reads these are included in the plan and aren’t a benefit you add on.
Does anyone know how to activate the Apple one individual plan etc.

thanks

I joined EE over the weekend and got my Full works Sim only card yesterday.

I read the page on the EE website beforehand saying Apple One is included with a full works plan and Roam abroad pass is also throw in. So I chose my 3 smart Benefits online and they are activated. But I haven’t had anything through text or email regarding the Apple One or Roam abroad pass. So I’ve been on the EE chat asking how I activate them and they didn’t have a clue what I’m on about. Saying Ive chose my benefits and they can remove 2 and add Apple Music and the pass. Apple Music is different from Apple one for a start. So you don’t get 3 benefits, apple one and roam abroad pass with the full works plan? Seems very misleading to me.

Hi @Kerrlos,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You should have received a text message with links to activate your Apple One services. Have you received these?

Does the Roam Abroad Pass show under add-ons in the My EE app?

James

Hi

same problem here. No received any Apple One activation text- Apple One shows on my add ons, it shows on my apple account, but not usable. No access to benefits - news for instance.

Roam Abroad Pass shows in the add-ons

Thanks for coming to the community, @JB747.

If you didn't receive the initial text, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can add this manually.
