Netflix smart benefit on all rounder package

Hi, my wife has signed up for an all mobile rounder package with Netflix selected as the current smart benefit.  This is supposed to include the basic Netflix service. However when we follow the activation link it gives three levels of service choice with Netflix at £6.99, and then goes on to ask for credit card details.  Do we really need to give this information if it is included in the plan? Has it gone to some general Netflix sign up page?

Thanks very much for any information,

Roger

Solved now thanks. The sms from EE was wrong. It said either go to ee.co.uk/Netflix or use the link sent by Netflix.  In fact you must do the first for it to be activated and for Netflix to not treat you as an ordinary sign up and try and charge you.
