Previously accessed my EE perks and used a few codes.
Unfortunately now, after upgrading my contract I cannot for the life me log in to retrieve a new code.
I can’t remember which email I need to use to log in. Is it my work one, or personal one? Either way I’ve tried to reset password on both emails but I never receive a link to do this. I’ve tried to re-register with my NHS email, but it tells me that it’s already registered.
Frustrating and annoying as hell! Little guidance on how to access it.
Please help!

@Sionboi It’s your work email address. If you want to add this code to your new contract you can not do that you have to add it at the time of upgrading.

When I discussed this with them at the point of upgrade I was told I had 30 days to register the code for the perk.
I’ve still got the problem that to reset the password email link isn’t being sent to my work email either 🤔
