Can someone tell me how I can re-register my EE perks. Its saying that I did not verify my account in time and now I cant do anything with it.

Thanks for coming to the community.
The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team. Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer.
If you would like me to do that, please send me over a private message with your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally.

Hi Michael,
I have spoken to the Tech team and they cant seem to figure out the issue.
This is the message I am having when I attempt to log in, even though I have active perks on my other contracts for my children and partner. No one can seem to figure the issue out which is really frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
