EE Perks password reset

Hi,

I can’t reset my password for Perks. My email is correct and no reset email received. Checked spam but nothing. Anyone know how to solve this?

Hey there, @Hol2509 

Please don't share any of these details in public, but if you registered with both a work and personal email address, have you tried using both of these for receiving the reset email?

If you're still struggling from there, please let me know and we can take a closer look.

Yes tried both but when trying o sign up for a new account it also won’t let me as it said the details are already registered
