EE Perks deactivated

Hi

i am trying to generate a new code on EE perks for a new SIM only contract. 

I have tried signing in and resetting my password, but it says my account is deactivated. I asked help via the EE app, twice, and found that they were not helpful and didn’t resolve the issue as I am still unable to login. 

I can not make a new account either.

Make that four times on the app with either no response or no help.
