EE Perks account deactivated

My EE perks account says deactivated even though I’ve had NHS discount on my last contract.

how do I reactivate it? I’ve tried speaking to different people (via EE chat/in store) & have not got anywhere with it.

Hi, 

My EE Perks account says that it’s deactivated due to not verifying email quick enough. I tried multiple times to contact EE but they have told me they can’t help, & I’ve also been in store but again they couldn’t help.

Anyone know how to reactivate so I’m able to receive the discount?

Im also having this problem it just says deactivated because i didnt verify in time but i cant reset it if i try to do forgot password it comes up with the password change and still same error if i try sign up for a new account/ register then it says this email is in use can this be reset please?
