Hello! I want to utilise the anytime upgrade feature and was just wondering if the NHS perk gets automatically transferred over?
I've tried logging in to my NHS perk portal but keeps saying my log in details are invalid and keep asking for a password reset but nothing gets sent over (checked my junk email etc). Haven't used any other emails, even tried my work email but says deactivated. Tried so sign up for a new account but says details already registered.
Have spoken to someone online regarding this who have forwarded my details onto the perks team but a response could take up to 48hrs, but was hoping to purchase my new upgrade sooner than that.

Welcome to the community.
I sounds like the correct process has been followed.
Our perk team will help get you logged back in so you can obtain another code for your new contract.
Did the agent advise they would be in touch or for you to just try re-registering in 48 hours?
