Unfortunately I tried to sign up to EE perks in 2020 but found a better offer.
Now; I’m trying to log into my EE perks but a message appears saying “your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the timeframe”
how can I go about resetting this account and getting it validated so I can get a 20% code?

The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team.
Alternatively, we can email them, but this may take longer to be processed.
