My work place has informed me that I am eligible for 4 discount codes for friends and family or to get 20% discount on my monthly phone contract by getting registered with EE perks online.
However when it says that if we don't have a company email or ID card, to upload a picture of a payslip which shows my name and company that I work for, it doesn't work. Every time I upload a screenshot of my payslip, it doesn't accept it for whatever reason.
Is there any way of getting this resolved ? Called EE customer service to be told there's no department that can help me with it because I don't have a live account with them.

@JoelRodrigues You can not add discounts mid contract, you can only have them applied at the time of sale or within 30 days of taking out that contract by calling customer support. A friends and family discount can be applied up to 6 months after taking out a contract by calling customer support.

I don't have any contracts. Am trying to get my EE Perks account activated first before I get a monthly contract phone.

The email says the following:
Thanks for sending in your ID card. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to identify the details in the image.
If you still want to register an account, please tap EE Perk Portal and upload a new, clearer photo of your ID card
I was told to upload a picture of my payslip which shows my name and company name who I work for. So I tried multiple screenshots of my online payslips and are not getting approved for whatever reason.
