Hello,
I initially registered for an EE Perks account but couldn’t access my work email straight away to complete the verification required.
I now have access to my email account but the account I setup on Perks has been deactivated due to the amount of time that has passed. I can no longer register again with the same details as the system recognised my previous details, how can I solve this issue?

Yes it is. Reset password to get logged in as it said my details were incorrect and then it said my account had been deactivated. Thanks.

Hi there i am having a problem with ee perks ,it is saying i have to revalidate as it has been 24 months, however if i put my works email of which it is asking for ,it says its already in use?
