EE Perks - Cannot Login / Reset Password

Hi,

I registered a long time ago for EE Perks using my company email address. I'd like to get some updated codes but I'm unable to login:

  • Perform password reset, get email and update my password.
  • Try to login with email and new password and receive invalid details error.
  • Repeat and my account gets locked for 24 hours.
  • Stuck in an infinite loop.

Can someone assist please?

I have the same issue really need a code for an upgrade I want never had issues before

Hi I'm having the same issue, I am trying to reset my EE Perk password but I never get an email, having checked both my inbox and spam folder
