Hi,
Just trying to get my code from EE Perks but it says my account has been deactivated as I didn’t register in time. I’m not sure how this happened as I’ve been using it for a couple of years.
When I try to register again it doesn’t let me stating my details are already in use, this is even after changing my personal email. I’m unable to change my work email for obvious reasons.
How do I re-activate my account? I appreciate any help.

Hi @benjones101,
The code would only be needed to apply your discount manually. There is a different web form the team can use to help you reset your deactivated account.
