I am trying to sign into EE Perk but have forgotten my password, I have clicked the forgotten password button and entered my email address but I am not receiving anything to help reset my password. Any help would be appreciated.
It is the correct email address as I had an email from EE perk asking to revalidate my details, tried to log on to do so and haven't been able to. I have noting in any spam/junk folder either.
