I have sent 3 requests in 3 weeks to reset my password for EE Perks and have never received it, we are due to upgrade soon and want the codes on hand ready. I tried to re register but both work and name say already exist. It’s like going round the houses all the time and you don’t get to speak to anyone anymore if you go in store they say that’s nothing to do with them.
