EE Perk seems like a scam!

Just took out a new contract in store and was told once my phone arrived to log into EE perks to get my NHS discount added to the SIM card. Of course I can’t log in. Rang 150 to be told they’d log a complaint and to wait for an email back from them which never came. When searching these forums it seems that loads of people have the same issue and it is never resolved! I would have never taken the contract had I known!

Seems like a bit of a scam to me as I’m 100% certain I won’t ever get the discount. Would be interested to know what other people’s take on it.

Hi,

I also can’t login. I’ve tried to reset my password but the email link never comes through despite attempting this several times and checking both my inbox and junk/spam folder. I’ve also tried re-registering but it says there is already an account associated with my details.

Please can this be resolved as I took out a new contract on the understanding that I would be able to get my NHS discount.
