Hello,
I am trying to upgrade my contract and use my EE Perk code. When asked I provide the code which has been generated in the past month and is unused. I get an error message that the code is invalid and will not apply.
As far as I can tell the plan I'm looking at to upgrade with is not already discounted. I have tried on both regular and incognito mode, as well as on the MyEE app.
I generated a second code as well which did not work either.
Is there any reason my perk code won't work?
