EE Perk - NHS - not receiving any emails

Hi,
I have tried on different days over the last 2 weeks to get logged in to EE perks, so I can claim my 20% off (recently upgraded, believe you can add perk discounts up to 30 days after doing so). I've tried both logging in and registering, with both my work email address and my personal email address + staff pass photo. I don't remember any old passwords so have tried the forgotten password/reset password function. All scenarios end with the website saying it has sent me an email - but no emails are received. Not in junk/spam. 
I phoned EE on 150 and they didn't help at all - said they don't know what to do, and suggested I ask my employer HR department for help/ a code. That sounded wrong and I'm sure I didn't do that last time on my previous EE contract, but I did it anyway. HR say they don't do that. So now what should I do?

Hello,

I am having the same problem - I have to reset my perk but not getting any conformation email even though it says it has been sent to my NHS email. I called 150 but they could not help.

Please can you help reset my account.

Which error message do you see when trying to log in to the Perk Portal?

Hi

It says 'We have sent you an email to the company address you provided. Please click on the link in the email to complete your registration.' and then it says my company email address which is correct.

The problem is there is no email coming through, the same problem as the person who started this thread.

Hi @jupipper,

If you aren't receiving your verification email it is likely being blocked by your employer's spam filter.

To resolve this, please contact your IT support team.

Alternatively, if your employer provides you with photographic ID, you can register with your personal email address and use this for verification.

Please let me know if you'd like to do this.

Are you currently registered with your work email?

If you are, what happens when you try to log in?

Hi, yes I am currently registered with my work email.  I'm also receiving the same message as the person above, where it's saying that an email has been sent to my work account and that I need to click the link to verify it.  I've tried a few times but nothing has come through to me, including my spam folder.
