I have attempted to log on to my EE perks account and it has for some reason been deactivated.
Does anybody know how to get it reset so I can register again and get my discount for my new bill? I have two weeks to do this and the helpline wait times are too long considering they are in office hours. I don’t have the time to get through to anyone.
