I have logged on to my EE perk account as I am due an upgrade.
I have 5 codes left to use but it will not generate me a code.
I have spoken to EE who where going do something with my account but this has not worked.
I ring EE again and there is no specific dept to help.
what do I do now as I need to upgrade my phone
