I received a message on my phone, the only contact is a number 1122. Can you confirm that this was sent by you and is legitimate please. Also you replied to another message asking if this offer was free. Will it remain free in the future, or will there be a fee added later on?

Yes it is legitimate, will the double data still be free in the future? Who knows, you won't get an answer to that I think but if there were to be a future cost then I suspect that you'd have the option to remove it.

This is a genuine message if you have eligible BT & EE products. If you no longer have the eligible products from both BT & EE the Double Data would be removed.
