Discount code is not working

Hi there,

i have a 30% friends &family discount, but when i try to add it in “voucher code” it says it’s not valid even though I checked with my friend and also checked 100 times the message with the code.

Did you friend send it to you in a text?

Does the plan you're taking out already have a discount added?

Hi, yes she sent it to me via text message. Also, the plan i chose doesn’t have an offer, it’s usual £45 a month plan
