Didnt receive invoice

Hi, 

With my new phone I can claim a smart watch from Samsung, however it needs me to send a copy of my invoice and invoice number.

I made the purchase in store and didn't receive an invoice. 

Is there anyway I can get one ?

If you reach out to our team they can send you a document so you'll be able to complete your claim with Samsung.

The only thing the guy gave me was a blank bit of paper with a summary of my bills (trying to prove I'd save money). 

No official receipt, nothing. Honestly feel like i should complain cause the guys really not done a good job. (Putting my emails in wrong, spelling my name wrong numerous times). And now no receipts. 

When I left I thought it would be emailed or something but it wasn't.

I got the Samsung S25 FE.

Hi @Rach_H ,

Who do I call, is it the sales team ? Or another department? 

Feel like all I've done since joining EE is call them. Should never have done it in store, should have just done everything myself. Thought going in store would make this easier. 

Is there a live chat option for EE ? I have severe anxiety and really struggle phoning people.

Hi there @TashaJane 

I'm very sorry you've had to call us a few times since joining and this is a struggle for you. 

If you log into the EE app and select the Help section, there should be an option to message us. If you select this, one of the messaging team will help you with the invoice details you need to make the claim with Samsung. 

If the message us option is not showing, you can call us on 150 and select the call back option, and a guide will get in touch and go through everything with you.
