As an employee of Currys, for 20+ years, my last phone contract back in 2019 i had a 40% staff tariff off my usual monthly contract,
I went to upgrade yesterday in the shop and they had trouble putting it though maybe due to the discount, so they removed it, but still couldnt help me, and suggested i phone them or buy off the website instead,
I phoned them up and got a new deal sorted which is arriving on Tuesday, they said i couldnt have my staff deal reapplied? I know it did get reduced to 30% but i was on an old 40% at the time.
I know i'm right to cancel within 14 days, but even if i did would i even get my discount back on my account?
