Hi

i think I am having the same problem..message saying account has been deactivated..can you help at all please?

I have just tried to log into my ee perks account to get a code and I get a message that says ‘account deactivated….’ Something to do with re registration not being complete…? I have tried to re register but I get a message saying my details are already in use. Can anyone help at all?

I phoned EE who told me they don’t have anything to do with Perks and that my manager at work can help….?!! (The EE member of staff then swore down the phone as they were tired…nice, aren’t we all)

No it will expire in one month
