I need to be able to speak to someone about my code history as there has been an issue in applying a code and I can no longer see previous years history.

Hi, 

 

I am having the same issue. My perk account says it has been deactivated. 

I tried calling 150 but they told me to speak to my HR department....
Could someone help please.

I'm also having issues but with my discount code. I have generated one and applied it at the basket, it worked but I decided not to checkout at the time. I therefore did not use it but now it says its invalid.

No it isn't.

I had this same issue last year but had to use a different code and leave that one as used, however don't wish to waste my codes. Be grateful if it could be resolved.

Hi I keep trying to log in the my ee perks account for the first time but even though I’m putting in the correct password it won’t let me login go to reset password and nothing happens. Can someone please help thanks
