I need to be able to speak to someone about my code history as there has been an issue in applying a code and I can no longer see previous years history.

The email registered is this a personal email or a work email?

Hiya yes I’ve checked all junk boxes in my work account and personal account. I did get a link through my work account for a password reset however when I tried to reset it it said it my account had expired so not sure what to do next

Hello I am trying to get a reset password email for my ee perks but I am not getting anything and it doesn’t let me login into my account. I am due for an upgrade and I need the code. Can someone please help

Hello I am trying to get a reset password email for my ee perks. I have registered with my private email address previously and have checked the junk folder.
It doesn’t let me login into my account.
I am due for an upgrade and I need the code. Can someone please help

I would assume that I have used my personal email not my work email. My work email (@nhs.uk) changes regularly as I am a trainee doctor and move trusts very 6 months.
