Hi, recently upgraded do an A53; I have the btsport package added and im trying to watch on the app. I have registered activated etc. I am constantly getting a VC018 error everytime i stream. I've logged out and back in and its saying there's an error I cant cast to a big screen, even though there arent any big screens connected to my phone. Ive tried mobile data, wifi, logging in and out, reinstalling the app, signing up on BT's website and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated as this was the only reason i took this contract instead of a sim only
