Claiming Google Watch after Upgrade

I upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 10 pro just before Christmas, with a promotion saying I can claim a Google Pixel Watch 3 after 14 days. So I went to claim - except EE is not down as a participating retailer? Plus the form asks for a receipt and order number, which I don't have as the upgrade was done via chat. How am I meant to claim my watch?

@MarieAnderson81  You still get a email for confirmation or order even via live chat, you got a receipt in the delivery bag with the device 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I didn't get any emails confirming my order 😞 I did get a note in the bag though, so I will check that. Still doesn't help me claim though since EE is not on the dropdown of selected retailers. Thank you for your answer though 🙂

Hi can I ask how long it took for you to receive your watch? I've put in my claim but when I try to track it no reward is showing and I haven't had an update to confirm the claim?

If you have no reward showing when tracking the claim, I would suggest getting in touch with Google on the Help & Support - Promo Rewards page. They will get this looked into for you.
