Claim for FREE Fitbit Versa 4

Hi I have upgraded my EE phone yesterday and choose the Google pixel 6a WITH A FREE FITBIT VERSA 4.   But up unti now I haven't receive any instruction on how I can claim the Smartwatch & no details about the delivery of my order

On the page where you ordered it from under Features you can read under Google Pixel 6a GWP T&C's (not obvious that it's "Google Watch Promotion" admittedly):

Buy a Google Pixel 6a, Google Pixel 7 or Google Pixel 7 Pro smartphone between 6th December 2022 (00:01 – BST) and 29th December 2022 (23:59 – BST) and receive a Fitbit Versa 4 (Black Graphite Aluminium only, subject to availability). Thanks XraySpeX, thats helpful, you read the fine print........on clicking on the claim link though, seems like the claim will only be active from Jan 2023, below is what it says, FYI for anyone else with the same query

I'm filling in the forms now,  you need a copy of your contract (plus other documentation that you have to upload) so worth calling EE and requesting this first.

I filled mine yesterday morning and got a confirmation of approval in the evening, I used the delivery note that I received with the phone and for the contract I just used the confirmation email from EE that clearly stated all information that was being asked, so you don't really need to request anything extra from EE. I also literally just took pictures of these docs on my phone & uploaded.

So I'm obviously having a moment - in the claim but it asks for a receipt or order number - I have the receipt and paperwork in front of me which number is it? Do I have to call to get that?
