Hi all . Ive paid for insurance but broke screen a fee weeks ago .
i dont want to have to call in but may have too .
the link to the insurance claim is not working at all and hasnt been for a couple of weeks ?
any ideas why .
before i have to sit in a que ??

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of our specialist insurance team can help.
They'll be able to process your claim and raise a fault ticket for the issue you're seeing online.

2 years on and still not working, yet every time I’ve had to phone for insurance in the last 2 years the first thing they say is ‘it’s easier to apply online’.
Tried on Android, iPhone and IPad on Chrome, Safari and Edge.
Still getting the same server error as I did in 2021
