Hi,
First and most importantly, I have moved trusts in the NHS and now have a different email for work. The old email address is locked out as is NHS policy.
I am having an issue with my EE Perk account. I have been using the 20% discount codes on my SIM package and am now in a position to get my own broadband deal but want to see if my 20% can be used on that too.
I have tried to log in with my email addresses, both personal and work, but neither is working. The reset email password emails are not being sent to my personal email.
I tried to re-register using my mobile number and my up-to-date work email address and the same personal email and it says that there is already an account with these details on the system.
I called customer support today and they have been unable to help me. Please can someone help me sort this out quite soon?
