I tried to register for EE Perks but my works email address isn’t receiving the verification email. So I tried to backtrack to add my works ID Badge with no email but it says account exists so I’m stuck in limbo. I’ve also messed up trying to login to Perks account (even though it was only showing resend code) I’ve tried to reset password but it’s linked to my work address which I don’t get emails from EE! Under the current climate i cannot get this fixed at work. Is it possible to delete my perks account which is awaiting verification so I can start again?

Hi. I’m having the same issue. My NHS email isn’t receiving the validation email so I can’t move any further in the process. I’m eager to see if I can get a code to support my upgrade.

How long ago did you register for a perk account?
Have you checked the junk/spam folders for the NHS email account?
